Please be aware that our fees are for consultancy and case processing services, not for visa approval itself. We cannot control or influence the final decision of the government immigration authority.

Refund Scenarios

Different refund rules apply based on the circumstances of your application.

Visa Application Rejection

If your application is rejected after submission, our refund policy depends on the stage of processing.

  • **Partial Refund:** Available in specific cases where the rejection is due to an error on our part.
  • **No Refund:** No refund will be issued if the rejection is due to false information provided by the client, non-compliance with our advice, or a policy change by the government.

Service Cancellation (Before Work Starts)

You may be eligible for a refund if you cancel your service before we have started working on your case.

  • **Full Refund:** 100% refund available if you cancel within 48 hours of payment.
  • **Partial Refund:** A processing fee will be deducted if canceled after 48 hours but before work begins.

Changes in Immigration Laws

If an immigration policy change makes you ineligible for the program you applied for, we will provide an alternative solution.

  • **Alternative Service:** We will offer to transfer your fees to a new, eligible program.
  • **No Refund:** No refund will be issued if we have already commenced work and the policy change is beyond our control.

Non-Refundable Items

The following fees and costs are generally non-refundable:

  • Government application and visa fees
  • Third-party fees (e.g., medical exams, police certificates)
  • Educational credential assessment fees
  • Fees for services already delivered
  • Language test fees (IELTS, PTE, etc.)
  • Non-refundable deposit paid at the time of signing
  • Courier and document shipping costs
  • Fees for services that are not part of the agreement

Note:

Any refund due will be processed after deducting the service fees for the work already completed and any applicable administrative charges.

We are not liable for any delays or failures in our services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or major political upheavals.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all necessary documents and information in a timely and accurate manner. Failure to do so may result in delays or rejection, for which we are not liable.
